Announcing the Jr Theatre Festival Nominees!

We are pleased to announce that the following performers have been nominated for this amazing opportunity!

Gabrielle Alexander: last seen as the Caterpillar in our summer production of "Disney's Alice in Wonderland JR. She has also performed the roles of Malificent in Disney's Sleeping Beauty Kids and the elven councelor in "The Hobbit" We are thrilled to nominate this energetic performer!

Smith Huber:A newcomer to Dare to Dream, has performed with us as Bofur and Goblin slave in "The Hobbit," He has a passion for theatre and has taken classes at First Stage Theatre in Milwaukee. Nominated based on work at multiple theatre companies, we are thrilled to welcome this performer!

Alan Kiley: Last seen as Bilbo Baggins in "The Hobbit," Prince Philip in Disney's Sleeping Beauty Kids, and a member of the ensemble in Disney's High Schol Musical. Alan has also been involved backstage as a techie. He was the light boad operatior for Disney's Alice in Wonderland. We welcome this up and coming performer and techie!

Krysta Larson: Most recently seen as Mathilda and a member of the Wonderland Chorus for Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr, this young teen has grown by leaps and bounds since her first role in the Academy Production of "Journey to Narnia" in 2005. She has also been seen at Dare to Dream as Aurora in Disney's Sleeping Beauty Kids and Dwalin in "The Hobbit." We are excited to nominate this enthusiastic young performer!

Brooke Miller: Most recently seen as Medium Alice in Disney's Alice in Wonderland, this dedicated performer spends much of her time dancing, singing and performing with her school Poms team. She has been seen onstage at Dare to Dream as a Stepsister in Disney's Cinderella Kid and a cheerleader in Disney's High School Musical, We are proud to nominate this dedicated singer, dancer, actor!

Abbie Mleziva: First seen with Dare to Dream as Galion in Dare to Dream's production of the Hobbit, this performer has grown by leaps and bounds. Most recently, she played the comic role of Tweedledum in Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr.. We are excited to nominate this hard working performer!

Sebastian Palmer: Last seen as Balin in Dare to Dream's Production of "The Hobbit." Sebastian has also portrayed Ryan Evans in our production if Disney's High School Musical, Hansel in "Hansel & Gretel" Jesse in "Bridge to Terabithia" and more! He has also performed with First Stage in Milwaukee. We are excited to nominate such a well rounded and talented individual!

Bryanna Schnell:First seen with Dare to Dream as the Goblin Patrol leader in Dare to Dream's production of "the Hobbit", followed by Tweedledee in Alice in Wonderland, this performer has proven herself a leader. Along with performing, she was set designer for "Alice in Wonderland." We are excited to nominate Bryanna for the new Technical Theatre All Stars program at the Festival this year!
