Junior Theatre Festival 2011

Smith Huber:

Most recently seen as Jim Hawkins in our production of Treasure Island, and Mike TeaVee in the Junior cast of Willy Wonka, this rising star has amazing potential! Smith attended JTF 2010 and is thrilled to be part of the group this year! He has also performed with us as Qismat in Disney's Aladdin JR, Bofur and Goblin slave in "The Hobbit." He has a passion for theatre and has taken classes at First Stage Theatre in Milwaukee. Once again, we are excited to watch this dedicated young actor flourish!

Brooke Miller:

Most recently seen as Jasmine in Disney's Aladdin JR, Brooke has quickly found her place at Dare to Dream. Selected as one of the JTF 2010 All Stars, this dedicated performer spends much of her time dancing, singing and performing with her school Poms team. Currently serving as Choreographer for both casts of Willy Wonka, Brooke will be attending JTF 2011 as a student choreographer. Her goal is to wow the judges with the ensemble dancing of Dare to Dream's JTF 2011 performers! She has been seen onstage at Dare to Dream as a Stepsister in Disney's Cinderella KIDS and a cheerleader in Disney's High School Musical, and Medium Alice in Disney's Alice in Wonderland JR. We are proud to nominate this dedicated singer, dancer, actor, and choreographer!

Abbie Mleziva:

Returning for a second year at JTF, Abbie was first seen with Dare to Dream as Galion in Dare to Dream's production of The Hobbit, this performer has grown by leaps and bounds. Most recently, she has played the role of Phineous Trout in the Junior Cast of Willy Wonka. She has also been seen as the comic role of Tweedledum in Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr. We are excited this hard working performer is once again representing Dare to Dream at JTF 2011!

Sebastian Palmer:

Last seen as Wonka in the Junior cast of Willy Wonka and Ben Gunn and Blind Pew in Treasure Island, Sebastian has been performing non-stop. This season he was also Junior Director for Winnie the Pooh, Aladdin in Disney's Aladdin Jr, and one of Dare to Dream's JTF 2010 All Stars! He has also played Balin in "The Hobbit" Ryan Evans in our production of Disney's High School Musical,  Hansel in "Hansel & Gretel" Jesse in "Bridge to Terabithia" and more! He has also performed with First Stage in Milwaukee and numerous other theatres in Wisconsin. This talented performer hopes one day to perform on the stages of London. We are excited to nominate such a well rounded and talented individual!
