PARENT PATROL
2 parents will be needed at each rehearsal to help keep the kids occupied
during the rehearsal. 3 parents will be needed at each performance.
Please sign up in the Volunteer book on the
announcement table.
PROMOTION FAMILY
Posters will be ready for pick up Mid June.
Please send a
list of the places you leave a poster to me as soon as you can. These
posters need to be on display by July 5th.
Initiate
word of mouth. Start telling people about the show. Shirts should be in
by July 5th!
Assist with brainstorming and setting up live promotion events
Help plan and organize live promotion events
COSTUME/SEWING FAMILY
Each of the Principal Characters will have a costume built to match their doll. Other costumes may also be built.
FUNDRAISING FAMILY
Please
submit names and addresses of possible sponsors. Packets are ready for
mailing.
Ad sales
sheets will be available on the announcement table.
Sign up
lists for Fundraising event planning committees in the production
Volunteer binder. Please sign up where you are able to help!
Ad Sales: We need people to go
from business to business selling ads in the program. This is another
way to help meet budget on this show...and the next. Options are
available for one show, or the whole season. Please keep track of who you visit and
what they say. We do not want to ask the same business all the time if
they say that they can not afford it at this time or do not wish to
purchase an ad. Therefore, please submit a list of businesses you
intend to visit BEFORE you visit them. It will be put online as soon as
it is received.

Ticket sales
will be open for the public on July 1. First come first serve.
After this date we can not guarantee the best seats. This show will hopefully sell out quickly! Turn in ticket
orders asap. Place cast orders in the "Cast Ticket Order Box" on announcement table.
